OUR STORY
BUILT ON THE FRONT LINE
I started in security operations, planning resources and checking licensing compliance for event managers, then moved onto the front line as an SIA licensed Supervisor. I have led large teams across festivals, arenas, stadiums, bars and clubs, running briefings, entry searches and set up. I have worked as radio controller alongside emergency services and written the incident reports that improve every event.
I believe security exists to protect people first. That takes trained, licensed and well supported officers. Safe venues let communities enjoy live events with confidence, which is why VELA puts compliance, clear communication and team welfare at the centre of every job.
